To start the software:

1) Double click on “ReggaeAuctionProBulk.exe” to start
2) You will see a pop up:
- a) Enter your login details
- b) Click on “Apply”
- c) Click on “Check Login” , wait a bit and a pop up will appear saying login is successful, just click “OK”
- d) Click on “Update”
- e) Click on “Close”

Our bulk lister ONLY handle the bulk upload of standard / dutch and buy now auctions - make offer feature and make offer only auctions bulk upload is not supported for now!

1) To create a new item, click on the Green “Add” Button, you will be asked to enter a session name first.
2) Now enter your title, add something you want to the description (use simple description or HTML), select main category then subcategories by double clicking on the yellow folders, until you see a green folder saying there is no further sub categories. (Take note that listing on second category is disabled, so it’s better not to try to use it as it could make the Bulk lister bug.)
Select listing currency and all the different options you want for your item, and select the picture…(DO NOT USE THE MAKE OFFER FIELDS)
3) When you’re satisfied click the “Add to Mybulklist” Button, You’re done.

Because of a new incompatibility with our newest make offer system, this is the way to use the buy now option in your auctions that has been replaced by the not working make offer feature:
Create your standard auction > complete the process by clicking the "Add to my bulklist" button > right click on your newly created item and select "set buy now price" > enter the desired amount > click "OK" > you're done.

Tip: You Need to Enter The Price as: XX.00 or X.99

If you are under an AZERTY keyboard, you can’t enter the correct price format because the “.” And the “,” isn’t accepted, the software tells you : “the starting price needs to be lower than the reserve”…
Just do the following :
Set Start price to 1, the rest (reserve and increment) to 00 and click “Add to Mybulklist”.
Then to change the price, reserve, set a buy now price or specify an increment > right click on the desired item and select “Set Start Price”, "set reserve", "set buy now price"...
Enter The Correct amount without decimals and click "OK". It's done...

1) You are on a QWERTY keyboard and made it fast without annoying tricks and you wish to continue like that, then just re-do the add auction procedure on the Bulk lister software directly...
2) You are on a QWERTY (or AZERTY) keyboard but want to Work on CSV files, then do the following :
- a) Click on “File”, select “Export” and Choose the “[]” Delimiter.
- b) Save your CSV file with the name you want.
- c) Open your CSV file and work on it being sure that every new line is exactly set up as the first one but with the correct details for your other auctions.
- d) When you are done, just re-open the bulklister, follow the login procedure then click on “File” and select “Import”, Select “Bulk CSV listing”, find you file, open it and Choose the “[]” Delimiter.
- e) Click on the “Submit” (select only the ones you want) or “Submit All” button.
- f) You’re done, if there is no problem with your listings all the auctions will be immediatly listed on Reggae Auction.

Important tip: you don’t want the hassle of copying lines in your csv…then right before importing your only one listing into the csv, you can duplicate in the bulklister the one listing you created by clicking on the purple “DUP” button until you get the correct amount of lines matching the amount of records you want to list.

If you want to add soundclips in mp3 format to your listings, this will help you a lot to get it done (needs csv export / edit / import):
To add an mp3 : rename any file of 1MB to : "something.avi"
1) Create your listing and at the bottom of the listing creation page you got the "advert promotional video section" with "upload movie file": this is the field to add your "something.avi" file
2- When you're done, export to a csv file with "[]" as delimiter
3- Open the csv file with your editor and edit "something.avi" to the correct "soundclipname.mp3" manually and change path and filename for every item if necessary
4- Save your csv and import it again in the bulklister
5- You are now ready to upload your listings with soundclips!

The easyest way if you want to add pictures and sounclips to your listings will be to use external hosts for your files and to add the link to these pictures and sound clips directly in your description!

When your are done, just contact us and we deal with the upload of all your auctions for you, as our bulk lister isn't available at the moment for Mac.
